Hi mlaoh,
You're not the only one experiencing LOUSY service or rather non existent service. Painfully slow loading times (so slow you may as well write to the seller with you bid), eventually when the Snipe it Now! box appears having entered your bid 3 days later it tells you "Item cannot be found" !! Even accessing the www.auctionsniper.com takes ages to load. I've even had my password rejected: how on earth does that happen?!
Unfortunately the standard reply from AS is (somewhat terse and totally useless) http://support.auctionsniper.com/ . I've reported this problem 14 hours ago and no reply.
There's obvioulsy big problems it would just be helpful if we could be TOLD!
