I left the above question over 2 weeks ago...
Couldn't someone at least acknowledge I exist and have a problem. Thought one could get help here...

I also wanted to add that I haven't personally seen this but to be sure you include your web browser version and type, and what Microsoft operating system your computer is using and such.

I have complained about this problem ever since the whole system crashed and rewritten, but no one seems to care about any browser than IE.
I refuse to use it, as do a small minority of users, and still have Netscape 4.79 Once the rewrite was complete, the failure to remember log-in problem is there, is there ( reportedly ) for Netscape 6 as well.

So much time is spent on the cute little colored smily/frowny faces that serious defects such as this are never addressed.

I suspect there is little support staff, and even less programming staff, so I wouldn't wait for any answer.
For Sra to say thay she is unaware of the problem is just not true.
Go back through the postings and you will see this problem exists, and probably will never be fixed, even though it WAS working early on, and worked nicely

Just some factoid from our logs:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or 6 80.0%
Netscape Navigator 4.7 4.5%
Netscape Navigator 6.2 2.3%

the rest are all generally less than 1%.

All the Nescapes totalled, even really old versions add up to about 10-12%.

We've tested and it worked for us. At the most we'll support the 3 browsers listed above.
