SERVER TOO BUSY error message????

In trying to access My Snipes tonight, I am getting the following error. (And yes, I tried to enter a trouble ticket about it--but the HELP button produces the SAME error message! so I can't even open a trouble ticket). What gives??

Not sure but I just logged in about 20 minutes ago and it came up quickly. The site was really busy tonight. There was some trouble from 5-8:10pm ish I believe but not from the computers or servers being too slow. It had more to do with the datapipe to the internet. Then people get messages like the above and hit refresh and it sorta just gets worse, like a traffic jam getting started after a fender bender.

We'll watch closer tomorrow and next Sunday. We already have a second connection will double our capacity. Enough for years probably. So the engineers will be doing something with that is my guess.
