Hi,
Could you help me? When I click on "My Snipes", I see:

Hi! While I can't help with the technical stuff (I attribute all such phenomena to a glitch in the Matrix), I can tell you that it has happened to me a few times - in fact, it happened yesterday - and it has sorted itself out. I just quit the program, go do something else, and try again later.

That would be no use if you had decided to cancel or change a snipe near the last window of opportunity before auction end, though. I hope someone who knows what they are talking about can help us both.

Definitely a glitch in the Matrix!

The error seems to be persistent for me at the moment. I hope it gets fixed yet. Perhaps it would be simplest to get rid of the rotating advert?

I only get that error when I have my little Aussie Flag clicked. I have sent it to Support and they have sent it to a techie.

I would go and submit a support case for it and make sure you copy that error with all the code in your message.

Rose - have you got your little flag clicked? If you are clicking on the UK flag you will get that error everytime. Just ask R2 (I am sure he will pop in with his support of this error).

Just click the US flag and you should be fine.

Strangely enough My Snipes worked after I clicked the Union Jack! I guess I have always been on US before.

I have reported it, but it is a strange error. After coming to Forum, I have to press the Union Jack again before I can reach My Snipes.

It seems the introduction of the flags, whilst a good idea, has lead to a number of problems. Keep setting up Support Cases and maybe they'll get fixed.
