Sending out email as though it came from me

What's the deal here? Auction sniper sent an email to a seller I bought something from. It was written in the first person and "signed" by ME!

Where does it say in the terms of service that Auction Sniper is going to send letters as though they came from me? This is certainly not legal. I resent that you sent email representing that you were me!
