I need to know what you think...

- I had +2 and 0 negative feedback on ebay.
- I sell services (around $60-$95), and positive feedback is essential, I do the work and that's all - no extra support 2/3/4 weeks later, etc.
- Mr.Bolton was the winner of 1 of my services.
- I got paid (paypal), I am fast, the job was done in less than 48 hours, Mr.Bolton was happy, left positive feedback (+3)
- 2 weeks later, Mr.Bolton says "there are some bugs, I don't like this, I want more features, fix this asap, etc."
- I say "sorry, no"
- He contacted ebay, they cancelled my seller account and my paypal account got frozen, they also blacklisted my VISA card (and I only have 1 VISA card) so I can't register a new seller account on ebay - yes I can get a new VISA card on the same bank with a different number but it's a pain.

Unless there was some warranty in your initial offer, implied or direct, which said that you were liable for providing continued services involving those already furnished, my advice to you would be to seek legal counsel.

There has to be something more to it for eBay to take such draconian measures without even advising you that they would be imposed, and why. Are you sure you're giving us the full story? Confused
Actually, Steve, I got NARU'd by eBay once for something that I didn't do one time with no warning what so ever. eBay DOES take such draconian action BEFORE they get all the facts. They tend to "shoot first, ask questions later." It took me over a week to get the situation straightened out -- I was guilty until proven innocent. Which I WAS.

Robert, you can contact Safe Harbor and request a full explination and review. You can rebutt any accusation that was made. It may come down to what exactly was listed in your item description vs what Mr Bolton claims he did not receive but should have. It may take some time, but that doesn't mean it can't be worked out.

Good Luck! Cool
