Boy, I'd leave them negative feedback. I've had that happen to me as well.

I have the exact same problem right now. It's an item over a thousand dollars and the seller won't return emails anymore. I even paid for it and he refunded my money saying the item was no longer available. Now he's no longer a registers user on eBay. I guess I'll at least try to get my sniper funds back. What a waste of time and money.

That stinks! He should have put a min. bid on the thing. His fault. I would still try and contact Ebay about it - never know what could happpen.
