Seller did not have qty specified in Dutch Auction

I won a dutch auction (2 qty) with an AS snipe. However, I had bid on winning both items available but won only 1 (2nd highest bidder). I contacted the seller and he said they had made a mistake and did not have 2 so I was out of luck. However, AS still thinks it won the snipe and I have to pay AS. How do I resolve this?

AS did what it advertised. Your beef, it seems to me, is with the seller.

Pay AS and complain to eBay.
