AS Search facility is brilliant (if you haven't tried it, give it a go). Trouble is, it works fine for www.ebay.com but not so good for other Ebay sites.
For example, even though I specified 'Any Country' it is missing postings on www.ebay.de even though the same request works fine on Ebay's advanced search which is what AS uses to do the search before adding its own whistles and bells.
Seems the AS technicians cannot fix this bug for whatever reason but perhaps they will revisit it if more people add their thoughts and observations below.
[nb. From a marketing point of view, I find that the AS searches 'add value' to my use of AS and definitely encourage my customer loyalty
