Searches Not Received in Email

I have a few searches going with daily email requests that were working fine, but suddenly stopped. The last search I received was Feb. 25. I've double checked my setup, and there should be no reason for me not receiving email notices.

I've also checked my email account and see no reasy why it would have suddenly stopped delivering my searches from AS.

I really liked that feature and bought many items based upon those AS searches. I'd appreciate it if you could look into that for me. Thank you.

A couple of other people have recently reported the same problem:

P.S. You might want to consider using ebay's "Favorites Searches" with their email option.

On your recommendation, I checked into this. Thanks.

Ebay mentioned it on one of their search help menus. But I couldn't find it on any of their search menu options. I've written to Ebay about this. However I would also like to say that I was extremely happy with the search notices I got from Auction Sniper and hope they are back up and running soon.

After you execute the ebay search, you should see “Add to Favorite Searches” above the list of auctions. Click on that, and it will step you through, including the email option. Ebay’s searches are more reliable (dealing directly with the source) and flexible, but I'm bias. There have been some posts from somewhat credible sources that for more complicated searches AS' search function sometimes misses auctions.
