It would be helpful, using the Advanced Search Menu, to specify whether the search should display ALL or NEW listings that match the criteria. For example, I want to see only the NEW or current listings for each day (not ALL listings). I think this is an important feature to implement. Thank you. Dale

Agreed - perhaps there should be a Run Now (all) and a Run Now (new) option on the list of our searches page. What do the others / AS staff think of that BRILLIANT idea?!?!

I believe the Run now button on the search page shows you all listings, and the emailed reports to you only show you new listings.

Is the Run now on the web page only showing new items as well?
