This service last crashed about a year and a half ago - staye down for days. Never even got an "I'm sorry" from the administration here.

I don't think they much give a crap about how many auctions are lost or unwanted bids placed -
otherwise they' have somebody to monitor their servers and fix this kind of thing within a reasonable time.

Although they don't give a crap, there's no place better to go!

More likely to get chewed out for expressing your discontent and then get a big rationalization speech on how you should have already bid the max that you are going to bid on your auctions and yadda yadda yadda the snipes go through and you don't need to see your My snipes page whenever you feel like it blah blah blah and take no responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

At least that's what I saw and got the last time.

It's called effective business practices 101...I mean just say sorry s*** happens and move on.

Uh, no. We always appologize, and it's never been down for more than a few hours, let alone days. Please dont make me post relevant threads here proving my point, I'm sure others will do it for me.
