Hopefully it will be fixed shortly. Usually if there is a problem, Sara will come in and do what needs to be done to make it right, like give you free snipes, etc.

More likely to get chewed out for expressing your discontent and then get a big rationalization speech on how you should have already bid the max that you are going to bid on your auctions and yadda yadda yadda the snipes go through and you don't need to see your My snipes page whenever you feel like it blah blah blah and take no responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

At least that's what I saw and got the last time.

It's called effective business practices 101...I mean just say sorry s*** happens and move on.

bobby, I certainly hear you! Things have been getting better in that department, I think, so here's hoping it is solved quickly and with past 101 learned!

Uh, no. We always appologize, and it's never been down for more than a few hours, let alone days. Please dont make me post relevant threads here proving my point, I'm sure others will do it for me.
