Reserves?-Please Help!!

If anyone could give me some advice in the next hour it would be REALLY helpful as my auction is about to end--thanks

OK-I am "currently the high bidder" but the reserve has not been met on my Ebay item. The current cost is $325.00

I talked to the seller and he told me that the reserve is set at $379.00. If I set my snipe at $385.00 and no one else bids against me will Sniper come in with a bid above the current price $325 or will it try to meet the reserve for me above $379? If anyone knows your help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Rachel,

AS will bid $385, and if no one else bids, you'll win the auction at the reserve price of $379. This is the same as you placing a manual bid for $385.
