Reserve Price auctions destroy BidGroups

This is an issue that must be addressed.
I have recently made a bidgroup, with one of the auctions being a reserve price listing.
I sniped it and was indeed the leading bidder in the end. Since my bid was below the reserve price, i did not win the auction, but being the highest bidder caused AS to think there is no point in bidding on the next auctions, when in fact, this is not true.
This is an urgent issue to address! if i hadn't noticed at the last second, i would have lost several following auctions since their snipes wouldn't work. I also received no email telling me anything happened, so i had no idea AS considered this bidgroup closed.

Go to AS help & log a support issue - very friendly - if not helpful ask for a supervisor........

This is a user forum which the support staff only appear to visit occasionally.

While other users can offer good advice you need to log an issue to get some action from AS.
