It (usually) means no reserve. So, the highest bid wins no matter what. Strategy - bid your max and walk away...

Yes.

It shouldn’t, other than the high bidder actually wins the auction. On reserve auctions, unless the reserve is reached, that’s not the case.

There’s always a minimum, otherwise the winner could bid $.00 (that’s more logic than actual experience on my part).

Thanks for the info y'all. I decided not to bid on this item becuase the seller would not provide important additonal measurements (apparel item)and would not give me any idea what shipping would cost. My gut says it's "too good to be true".
