Reguarding the hour early snipes last night...

I filed a support request and explained the trouble I had last night with my snipe being placed too early. I asked if I could please be credited a snipe to make up for the snipe that was placed too early in an auction and I was credited 3 snipes.

So yes, AS screwed up last night but they are also willing to make up for the damages and that works just fine for me. Just thought I should let you all know

Hillary, it is nice to have a calm response! I agree with you. AS isn't perfect all the time, but at least they made an attempt to make up for it, the best that was possible.
