Yesterday a friend signed up for AS. I talked them through the process, carefully spelling out my ID when it came to entering the referrer's ID.

Guess what?

No free snipes for me!

I reported this to AS and asked what had gone wrong. No reason given. Case closed on me although they did send me three free snipes.

Two problems:
1. Referrals are not working 100%
2. Support closing support cases before customer (yes, I pay for this service!) is satisfied.

Perhaps Sara or Bill or whoever could respond and let me know what is going on. At the moment www.imastupididitomoron.com is looking somewhat attractive...

Likewise, it was your choice to spend 20 mins on my case - when I next returned I added in my ID and you could have re-visited it then Sara. Anyway, apologies - what did you discover? Why are my cases getting shut down without my Q's being answered? Why wasn't the referral referred?

[Thanks Chatter - Sara is a 'pussy cat' when it comes to attitude when you compare her with some of the support guys. You thought I was sarcastic...]
