Have been using AS successfully for 2 years, but since January, have had issues importing watches from eBay, using the multi check box method, it would simply give a pink error box "cannot be completed", this happens with all browsers etc. Have to end up manually importing my watch items. Have been to AS Support many times, but the problem, while briefly working here and there persists. Any ideas? Cleared cookies, restarted IE etc and nothing fixes this
