REAdY Message in Red, and WARNING to BOOT

I am a new user and my READY message is listed in RED as opposed to Green. Also I have the WARNING your userid or password maybe incorrect posting. I have , of course, checked this it's 100% correct. I have also run through your FAQ and searched under warning (no postings). I have noted a string here from February with another user reporting some of the same, 4 replies but no public posting of a solution.

I did send off to support a specific request for help. I'd like to make this program work for me. I did post this under two strings as the more I investigate, the more I see. I think had there been a posting in the forum with a solution, i would be happier. Help.

Try entering password or incorrect password instead of warning. There have been a lot of posts on this subject.
