I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. I am not aware of any technical issues that would prevent you from logging into your Auction Sniper account and/or use the Snipe it Now feature but, generally speaking, you will not be able to add snipes using the Snipe it Not tool if you are unable to login to your account.
First of all, in order to make sure you are entering the correct password, I recommend resetting your Auction Sniper password (which also must match your eBay password) by entering your username or email address in the form on the following page of our site:
https://auctionsniper.com/resetpassword.aspxOnce you have logged in, you can make sure you have installed the “Snipe it Not” tool on your browser correctly by referring to the instructions for using the Snipe it Now tool by mousing over the “My Snipes” tab and selecting the “Snipe it Now” option.
If you continue to have trouble doing either of these things, please contact our Customer Support team directly by mousing over the “Help” tab on our site and selecting the “Contact Support” option.
