Re-setting bid group?

I had a bid group setup and won one of the items. I've decided I want another but even though I deleted the bid group, when I search for the items I want the auctions still have a tooltip that a snipe already exists for that item. I've deleted all my snipes and see nothing in my account. How can I fix this and be able to re-add the snipes?
