i have always used my email address as my ebay user name. now ebay without warning changed my user name. i understand this is safer, but i lost 3 great items because sniper will not work now that my name changed. question is, how do i change my ebay name with sniper to match new ebay name? already tried setting up new account. sniper will not allow, saying email address already in system.
help please.

Go above to My Snipes and then click modify account. Follow the directions closely. Then, if it doesn't work, close your computer down and reload.
