I've been trying to enter snipes for the same item a guy is auctioning many times (e.g. Blue RJ45 Hoods but have had a couple of problems. First, I tried to use the import wizard, but the list of folders kept coming up empty (this was a couple of days ago), so when I entered a price and clicked the checkmark and asked to import them, it just kept coming back to the import page. Then I went to the place where you enter multiple snipes at once using comma delimited entry form, and this seemed to work, except that the snipes disappeared without a trace later that day. I entered them again and they seemed to stick, and I got a notification that my bid was too low for the first one (it was a bid group), but now the others in the group come up as cancelled!? What's up with that? *I* didn't cancel them.
