I contacted customer support about problems modifying bids on 1/24/04...you did respond (case#134414).. and I was told I could request credit for snipes (via suppplied link) for lost items. When I tried I got a message "item not in data base or already credited" The 4 items I possibly lost because I could not change my bids were #2884244467, 3268134451, 3267227646 and 3268213586. Could you check into this for me.
