Generally, I'm a huge fan of AS and I thought InstaMail looked like a great idea so I signed up for it.
I won an auction last night but I found two problems with the mail that was sent.

I was disturbed when I saw the text that was actually sent to the vendor.
The example mail on the setup page doesn't actually show what will be sent, as the actual mail that is sent contains two marketing paragraphs about AS.
I understand that you want to increase the user base of the product, but I feel uneasy about a marketing message that I didn't write appearing to come from me. It's also arguable that this is a service that I'm paying for and therefore shouldn't have marketing messages added.

The auction was originally priced in UK pounds - in the InstaMail, the Winning Bid listed is not the amount the auction was closed for - but I assume the dollar equivalent (that you use to calculate your fees). With an awkward or unscrupulous seller this could cause problems.
I’m sure both of the above are oversights and can be easily cured.
