Do you have many new posters that start private topics with you?
(not complaining about anyone, just curious)

Puppy, not really. Although sometimes people don't like to ask how to do something on the forum for one reason or another. Just over a period of time I had collected some dead issues that I wanted to delete. Thanks, it is much neater looking now! (Afterall, if the FBI ever confiscated my puter, I wouldn't want the secrets out! )

With the 'National Security' issues the last few years,
I'm sure they already got'em from infopop!

I've only done this once, so going from memory. If you are the topic starter, I think you can 'Lock' and then 'Delete' the topic.

Hmmm, seems the forum is losing some of its humour. You have obviously taken offense to my comments.

I was merely responding to your comments as I was quite sure that Rick wasnt going to and I dont know whether your remakrs regarding the members being *not worthy* are correct and probably not particularly fair.

Maybe Rick just isnt enjoying the forum at the moment and the smart thing he has done is take a step back? Maybe he has other things to occupy his time. There are alot of *maybe's* out there.

As for my remarks regarding the picture posting, I was quite determined on that note because in the past Rick has always given Basrah the credit where credit was due I guess.

The whole thread in my opinion got carried away. Again, I am not mad at you but what rick does or doesn't do is up to him. I simply don't care any more than he cares what I do! I would be happy to see him back, however if he chooses not to, that's his affair and, IMO, his lose!

Mrs M, I think its a little silly for you to get offended over the fact that the general conversations that are on the board at the moment, dont appeal to all of the members. I dont see any point in me contributing to many of the topics at the moment - doesnt mean I think the other ppl here are unworthy of my time.

I think it was bad judgement of me to tell you that Rick has been talking to me in private, as it has made you see things that may or may not be true in his motives for not posting in public.

Yes this topic has got out of control, like a few of the topics here at the moment.
