Be aware that half our postal system is shut down now due to industrial action at the sorting offices, well I personally have had no mail in West London for over two weeks now, and it has spread to include more and more offices. Nobody really knows how badly outgoing international mail is affected, but it isn't possible to post a letter in London or many other cities any more as all the mailboxes have been sealed up; and certainly Mount Pleasant sorting office which handles most of the inbound international mail is affected.
Neither does anybody seem to know when the dispute is likely to end, or even what it's about (including the Royal Mail workers themselves!!!).
Just thought you might like to bear in mind that there'll probably be several weeks delay to anything posted in or out of the UK!
