please redesign the site it not intuitive

i love auction sniper been a member for ages. I hadn't bought anything of ebay for a while and i used auction sniper for the first time this week but managed not to bid on any of the 5 items i wanted.

When i last used the site it was very easy to import watches, set up the snipes and good to go. Now it seems complicated and i am still not sure how to do it.

I don't have time to read through lots of instructions (a good design shouldn't need them) so please re think the current approach. Until then i'll just be doing ebay the old fashioned way.

I don't quite understand the problem. There's some very well-defined tabs and buttons that will cover 90% of what you would normally want to do.

The MY SNIPES tab will take you to the sniping page. MANAGE BIDGROUPS button will let you set up bidgroups and IMPORT WIZARD will give you a list of watched items on eBay that you can then import.

I never use the AS search - prefer to do that via eBay and add interesting items to my watch list.

Is there anything in particular that you want to do that I haven't mentioned?
