Paypal question

Hey guys.
I am using this service (a free snipe) to try and win a u2 ticket for my little brother at a cheap price. The guy who's selling only accepts payment via paypal.

Now, I have a paypal account but I am not verified, meaning I do not have a bank account or credit card registered with them.
I'd really rather not put one in...but will I be able to pay this guy without anything registered? Thanks.

Not being verified means that paypal has not verified your address and info as yours by making a small deposit in your checking. That, you don't always have to have to do. Some sellers will sell to an unverfied account, some won't. You will have to have something registered with paypal to pay with them. How else would you do it?

I have registered with paypal, and it told me to verfiy my account by submitting credid card or bank card info. I submitted my bank care, and told them the two deposits they put in my bank account. I thought i was verified now, but now it still tells me i'm not. And that i need to now verify by using a credit card. I do not have one, but I want to be verified.
