Paypal forum ?

Hi does anyone know where to find a paypal forum as we are having problems with transfering funds into our account (paypal thinks the transactions are complete but no sign of the £, a week later) and haven't found them very helpful.

Hi, susieboxer! Go to the PayPal website, sign in, then click on "Help" at the top of the page. You'll get the option of reading the FAQs or contacting PayPal assistance staff. I can't find any evidence that they have a real-time help/chat function.

PayPal does have a phone number:

In Case of Errors or Questions About Your Electronic Transfers, you can call our customer service center at 1-888-221-1161 or 1-402-935-7733.

I have never used it so can not advise on what help you will get, good luck.
