Payment Help Needed!!

I checked my balance and noticed that it said I had an unpaid balance of X amount of dollars. I thought my C.C. was being charged automatically. Is this right or do I need to pay through different means??

Please help as I do NOT want a bad repore with AS!

We origainlly (sic) charged all of our users during the first week of each month. We are currently converting the payment system to charge our users in different groups. 1/4 of the users will be charged at the beginning of the month, another 1/2 during the middle of the month and the remaining at the end of the month. We do not have a way to specify which time period a specific user will be charged. You can find more pricing info here:

We only charge twice a month now.

Around the 12th & the 28th. Half the users each time. You stay in the same group each time so you'll always be charged around the 12th or 28th depending on which group you are in.
