paying for multiple auction items

I'm new to Ebay so this may be a silly question.
I won an auction and then checked out the sellers others and found another item which I also won.

Can I add the two auction amounts and just adjust in shipping and make one payment? Or is this not proper or just up to the seller? I just think it's silly to process more than one, since one of the items was only $2.99.

Ebay help was no help!

It's not up to eBay or us to decide that. Just ask the seller. It's been my experience that most sellers are willing to combine shipping on multiple wins -- but don't assume.

Just send an email to the seller and ask. The worst thing that will happen is that the seller will say no.
