Is there any reason why for Auction Sniper, one needs to use the same password as that used for eBay. Isn't this dangerous as someone may be able to intercept the #?
Also is it true that eBay do not encourage auction snipping?
How confidential are the snipes and are they channelled through Auction Sniper server or directly by the ID owners? Just interested in the technicality of how it's done.
Can anyone gives some light to the above questions?

If AuctionSniper is going to bid for you, they need to be able to log in with your ID and password.

They don't 'encourage' it, but it's not against any eBay policy.
