If you are having problems with auction sniper placing bids because of the ebay password, what you need to do is keep everything at auction sniper the same. The user name and password. DO NOT try to change it to match with ebay. YOU HAVE TO change your ebay info. to match auction sniper. For some reason once you have submitted your info. to auctionsniper, it is locked, even if you misspell a word, you are stuck with it. So even if you messed up when you set up the auctionspiper, you have to officially change your ebay username and password to match the auctionsniper info. because it cannot be changed anymore.

I learned the hard way, and had to figure it out on my own. Good-luck!

This is incorrect. You can easily change your account information with Auction Sniper. To do so:

1) Sign In using your old information
2) Click the "Modify Account" link
3) Change your username information / perferences
4) Click the update button at the bottom

It wouldn't be too smart of us not to offer a way to change your information.

Sorry Adam. You are a cool person, but that worked for me. When I was having issues and losing my auctions, no one from your service would give me any solution that worked..Maybe now you have worked out the kinks, but a month ago they were there...SORRY
