I have sent three emails to support and each time I am sent an email which instructs me to fill out the form and send an email. How do I contact Auction Sniper support? Is this the only way?

I have been over charged on my account. The over charge has caused my checking account to go into overdraft. Unless Auction Snipper recalls their over charge, my bank is charging me $7.00 a day!

I did post here before and I was told that my message would get buried, but that sometimes Snipper support looks at these messages and might get back to me.

What do you folks do to get a bill corrected around here?
