hi everyone,

in europe euros and cents are divided by a commata (1000,00 = onethousand euros, 0 cents)

in the states a dot is used ($1.00 = one dollar)

my question:

if i snipe an article in europe which is in euros, and i type in 3.00
it is three dollars. but what if i type 3,00?
is that three dollars as well or three euros?
