One week gone by, paid for snipes, no help from Support, No credit!

I have no idea what is going on, but I paid for snipes as I always do thru by paypal balance, last week. It has been nearly 7 days and I have four open cases but nobody from support responds! I even left a voice mail. I have lost some big auctions due to this service I used to count on. I am looking for alternative sources to do this type of sniping now.

You'd be angry too if you paid for snipes and didn't get credit or any answers to your four cases open. Trust me, I am not an angry person but do like to get services when I pay for them.
