Old comics

I've been doing quite a bit of spring cleaning and came across some old comics. Before I give them to Goodwill, can anyone tell me of a website where I could go to see if they're worth anything? I live in the middle of nowhere (and therefore, E-Bay and AS are nescessities), so I really can't take them in to any stores for appraisal. Since there appear to be several comic collectors here, could I get some leads/advice? Thanks.
