I see something that says Message Icon, but all that is next to it is a bunch of empty circles, followed by one that says no icon (which is the default). What is supposed to be there, and why can't i see it?

Second, under Topic Message, it says HTML is OFF, UBBCODE is ON. However, I have HTML in my signature which (because of these settings) will not display properly. How do i fix that so my sig will properly display?
