Nothing but bad experiences lately

Something is wrong here. For the first 2 years AuctionSniper has performed at or above my expectations. In the last 2-3 months it hasn't performed at all. For the second time an entire snipe folder has vanished. Other times snipes haven't triggered at all and no follow up email explaining why. Something is wrong and my trust is gone.
