NOT-WON bidgroups constantly being cancelled | Auction Sniper

I have setup a bidgroup consisting of 7 items. Each time I get a message stating "proxy outbid" (or something like that) and I lose by 1 penny on a bid 1 second before mine. OK, fine. The problem is each time this happens my ENTIRE BIDGROUP gets cancelled. This has now happened 3 times in a row and I have to completely rebuild the bidgroup. If I don't notice it I lose everything because the group is cancelled. This is driving me nuts.

I'm having the same problem. It's happened to me twice and is a serious pain to have to reenter all of my snipes.

Try again. They usually respond within a day, sometimes allowing for weekends and holidays.
