I recently used AS to snipe on 2 auctions that I did win, now AS charges me a fee...WELL on one auction I have paid for it but I haven't received it and I am not getting a response from the seller. I will soon be filing a claim it's just too soon according to eBay. The second one I get a notification that my payment was refunded without my permission based on the supposed fact that there was a piece missing. Although I apprecieate their honesty, I feel I should have had the oppritunity to make that decision myself. I had only purchased the item for some of the parts anyway. The seller is not responding, I want the item missing a part or not. So now that I have sniped and won but have have no product due to these circumstances do I get a refund for my AS fees just as eBay refunds their fees?
