Not sniping, still says ready, no email verification!

i am so furious that i have again had snipes not placed... why don't you guys do it on stuff i don't care about...??? this is a business for me, and you people either don't get the snipe placed in time... or stranger yet, i sit here, with items that i want and should have had
by at least $100 and tho i still read ready on the snipe itself... the bidding has ended and the snipe STILL reads ready.... i am considering letting you people live... but i seriously feel like hunting you down and throttling you... i have probably lost about a thousand dollars tonight thanx to no bids being placed on items that i seriously needed ... i would have sat here for 36 hours with no sleep, food, or water... had i known my snipes needed to be placed manually... if you can't run the system, or it goes down, then at least frickin tell people... that is the least you could do is email members... especially those with active snipes... well, the long and short of it is ... goodbye... please send me a refund to paypal if i have credit left... robbie
