I got a not in time note in my sniper status. Does this mean my lead time wasn't enough? This is the first time I have had a problem with it. Must have been prime time somewhere lol

It may have been from 1am-3am when we do our weekly maintenance, and also eBay used to do theirs. While they dont go down anymore I suspect they are still doing things behind the scenes and their site is running a little slower.
yup it was 2:17 am so shoot could this have been avoided? next time place a normal proxy bid and not use AS when it ends in the wee hours?
I'd probably bid at about 15 seconds on these items for the next week or two or do them manually from 1-3am Friday mornings.
I'm confused by an auction I (happily) won today. My bid, according to Ebay, was placed within 7 seconds of auction end, just as I instructed AS to do.
I won the auction, but my AS status report says the bid was not placed in time.
What's up with that?

I also won an item that AS said not in time. Hey won't complain here saved me a quarter lol. 
eBay musta made a change that confuses our system. I noticed a larger than normal 'Not in time' snipes yesterday, glad to find out they may have mostly been false alarms. I'll send this off to the programmers.
Ok, Read the correspondence on "Time Outs"; just had one myself where I would have been the only bidder! So can someone actually provide a 'list' of days of week and times for Ebay and for Auction Sniper separately when we need to extend our Aucton Sniper bid lead times? Sorry, but I need it spelled out for me (duh!). Thanks!
