Not able to modify snipe | Auction Sniper

So I had about two minutes remaining . . . added snipe, then decided to check the feedback (okay, so I screwed up--should have done that already). But with at least a minute and a half remaining I decided to cancel the snipe. No dice! Couldn't modify the auction price, either! There was plenty of time to do so.

What gives? If my snipe has a lead time of 5 seconds, I should have until 6 seconds to change it!!!!

That would leave us any time to log into eBay and go through eBays several pages of bid confirmations.

We we snipe from several locations throughout California to ensure maximum reliablity and so we have to send out the snipes to these backup sites beforehand as well.
