No update received??

Hi Mushkego,
I am just going by what Sara has posted before on this topic and I hope she will stick her head in and clarify.

Apparently AS checks your snipe price v's current auction price periodically at first (when there is plenty of time left till the end of auction), then checks more frequently as the close of auction gets near.

If the above doesnt apply to your situation I havent been any help at all but hopefully someone else will.

They do check this status , but not frequently, during the day. If you have it set to be notified and are not, I would contact support on the matter.....and btw,

31. How come I’m outbid but my snipe doesn’t know it yet?

We check if you are outbid in certain waves. This is a HUGE bandwidth waster and costs us money, so we do it the most economical way we can:

If the item ends within 30 min, we may check 10 every min
If the item ends in an hour, we may check every 20 min
If the item ends in a day, we may check every 12 hours
If the item ends in 7 days, we may not check yet.
