Support link is useless. I have emailed support at least 5 times. They either fail to respond or just tell me that they are looking into this problem. They've been looking into it for more than 10 days which should be long enough. People here are paying for this service. We have every right to bitch about it. We also have every right to expect answers to our email.

I recently sent 2 email inquiries to EZ Sniper. They responded to each one in less than an hour. They will probably be getting my business if Auction Sniper is not fixed soon.

If you feel it’s necessary to tell AS that you’re going to change vendors, then what does that say about AS, or you? Either they don’t know that, which suggests you should change, and quickly, or they do know that, which suggests your statement is redundant.
Perhaps the issue is complex or elusive - seems to me that AS has been keeping you informed - I sure ezsnipe has occasional problems - I wonder how quickly they'll respond when there's a bug?

Anyway, the fact that you're bothering to tell us tells me that you consider AS to be the better product and you're just postering!

Thanks for asking about the emails. We have been experiencing intermittent issues with our email servers. The issues we have fixed have solved the email problem for some and not for others.

I am really sorry that you are experiencing this. We are working on it and will get it resolved.
