I used Auction Snipe to bid on item 3640348281. My bid didn't get placed. There is no record of me even placing with Snipe. What happened?

Sure there is a record of us placing it. Click the confirmation button next to the snipe. Of course I think the status field next to the snipe of "Invalid User/Pass" might be clear enough.
You need to update your eBay password with us.
1.) sign in on our site
2.) click the My Snipes tab
3.) click the Modify Account link just below the My Snipes tab.
You can update your eBay username and password there, then click the button to update your settings.
