Hi, yes I'm a newbie!! ..to AS anyway.

So I have been reading some threads and I am freaking out now, cause I got an invite to AS AFTER i had already bid.
Can anyone confirm that if I am the current high bidder and/or if I'm bidding on x item on ebay will AS not work?

Someone told me you can use ebay and AS, as long as your not out bidding yourself, lol.

All will be well..

As bids as if it was you but at the last few seconds so, if no-one else bids it should make no difference.

Top Tips:

8 second lead time is the forum recommendation
Always bid a few extra cents/pence so you'll win in a tie
Read up on proxy bidding and bid increments on ebay's help
Read AS's FAQs
Learn about Bid Groups

thanks for info. But I have already WON!!!

YAAAAY, this item is very near and dear to me, it is my dad's band, one of his albums.
It has become a big collectors item and for other reasons is at it's most valuable.
I missed 1 last week then with AS I WON!!

I'm soo darned happy I'm numb, hehe
