Newbie wanting to know the score

I have just been recommended to auctionsniper and tested it with 2 snipes last week while i watched to ensure a back up and must confirm I was impressed.
I then trusted it to bid for 6 items that i really wanted and then we had this worm problem.

My questions are how many times have the servers gone down in the last 12 months.

what % of snipes over 5 secs - 8 secs fail.

I believe I've posted this before. There servers have only had trouble once or twice in the past year.

In general about 1 in 1000 snipes with 5-8 second lead times miss. However manually sniping yourself of eBay it's probably more like 20 in 1000 as you dont have the ability to compensate for eBay slowness like we do because we are constantly placing snipes and can measure eBays speed and know when to pad our snipes with a few extra seconds when things are running slow.
